Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the State of New York has placed significant restrictions on museums. As of Monday, September 28th, Culture Pass has resumed service, with limited capacity. Individual museum offers will be re-activated on a rolling basis, as museums re-open and are able to begin taking passes again. Please read offers carefully when making reservations through Culture Pass, as instructions for redeeming passes will vary from site to site.
The timeline for when reservations are released has also changed. Passes are now released on the first of the month for the month ahead. For example, on October 1st, passes for all of October go live; November passes will become available on November 1; and so on. During this time, passes are only available for the current month.
If you encounter any problems when using Culture Pass online or at a partner site, please let us know. We appreciate your patience while we work to restore service during this challenging time. For more information, please read our FAQ.
During this period, the libraries have partnered with 40 of our Culture Pass partners to organize a series of virtual cultural programs that will take place over the course of the summer. You can read more and find registration links for all upcoming events by clicking here.
